Review summary
Based on recent reviews

Guests often appreciate the hotel's prime location on Brighton's seafront, finding it ideal for exploring the beach and Hove area, with the city center and various restaurants conveniently close by. The spacious rooms come equipped with amenities like a fridge with drinks and tea/coffee facilities, and many find the inclusion of free breakfast a bonus. Some guests have mentioned that the air conditioning in their rooms can be quite loud, though this doesn't detract from the overall positive experience of having secure underground parking available.

dark dungeonmissing channels
the car park was not well maintained. i found it a dark dungeon that smelled strongly of urine. appropriate lighting was missing and a thorough cleaning is overdue. i also noted the absence of bbc channels in the room. this was particularly disappointing as the euros were being broadcast and no safe in the room
